Video: Reduce Tantrums With This Tip

Here’s one last video with content from my new eBook “Cracking the Kid Code: Discovering the secret to having a happy child, family and home.”  This time I wanted to share one of the most important pieces of information that parents often forget.  That children really do want to do it themselves!

What are your children excited about doing all by themselves right now?  Tell me now!

You're welcome Nayana! I'm glad you're finding them helpful

I agree Nasreen. Now that I'm a parent, I realize that part of the motivation of parents who wait on their kids is to enjoy their children as babies for longer. For us parents, the time seems to go so fast! But for young people, time goes much slower and they are constantly striving to learn and grow. I'd rather celebrate and encourage my daughter's growth than try to baby her or fight it.

Isn't our job as parents to raise confident, caring, and capable future adults?

Invaluable advice to the mothers who think
they are doing a lot for their children
by waiting on them hand and foot. Doing
things on his own gives the child much
more pleasure and that;s what I have experienced.
